The StructIdeas.com service is operated by Houdremont Grégory, doing business under the trade name Mixxo, with its registered office located at Rue des Treize Bonniers 5, 7141 Carnières, Belgium, Business Registration (BCE) No. 1035.587.341

1 Article 1: Purpose of the Service

The StructIdeas.com website (hereinafter "the Service") provides a strategic thinking and idea validation assistance tool using artificial intelligence to structure, fortify, and document projects.

2 Article 2: Access and Account Creation

Access to the Service requires the creation of a user account. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials. The Service is accessible 24/7, subject to maintenance periods or technical failures of servers or third-party APIs.

3 Article 3: Acceptable Use and Account Suspension

The user agrees to use the Service in compliance with applicable legislation and these Terms.

The following are specifically prohibited:

  • Any fraudulent, abusive, or diverted use of the Service;
  • Any attempt to bypass technical limitations (ideas limits, blueprints access, etc.);
  • Any use of the Service for illegal purposes or purposes that infringe on the rights of third parties;
  • Any mass data extraction (scraping) or attempts to overload the servers.

The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or delete any user account without notice in the event of a violation of these provisions, without reimbursement of any sums paid.

4 Article 4: Plans and Pricing

The Service offers three levels of access:

  • Free: Limited to 3 active ideas, access to 'Free' Blueprints only.
  • Starter: Monthly subscription, max 20 ideas, access to 'Free' & 'Starter' Blueprints, full history, and Markdown export.
  • Pro: Monthly subscription, max 100 ideas, all Blueprints, PDF export, and webhooks.

Prices are indicated in U.S. Dollars excluding VAT. VAT will be calculated during payment based on your country of residence.

The Publisher reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The Service is invoiced based on the rate in effect at the time of order validation or renewal. Payment is made via the secure provider Stripe.

5 Article 5: Invoicing and Consent

By subscribing to StructIdeas.com services, the Client expressly agrees to receive invoices exclusively electronically, in PDF format, sent to the email address provided during registration. The Client acknowledges that this format constitutes an original and valid invoice within the meaning of tax regulations. For any specific invoice requests via the Peppol network (Belgian B2B only), the Client is invited to contact support at [email protected].

6 Article 6: Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

In accordance with Article VI.53, 13° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law, the consumer may not exercise the right of withdrawal for the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium if performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent, who has also acknowledged that they will thereby lose their right of withdrawal. By validating the order and starting to use premium features, the user accepts the immediate performance of the service and expressly waives their 14-day right of withdrawal.

7 Article 7: Duration and Renewal

Subscriptions are concluded for a period of one month and are automatically renewed unless cancelled by the user before the renewal date. Cancellation can be done at any time via the user's settings. Upon expiration or cancellation, access to premium features is suspended at the end of the current period.

8 Article 8: Liability and Third-Party Sources

StructIdeas acts as a technical intermediary.
  • Content: StructIdeas does not guarantee the absolute relevance or accuracy of AI-generated advice.
  • Availability: StructIdeas is not responsible for interruptions of third-party services (LLM APIs).
StructIdeas cannot be held responsible for unilateral modifications of terms of use or availability by third-party providers.

9 Article 9: Intellectual Property

The StructIdeas interface and its specific logic are the exclusive property of the publisher. Project descriptions and ideas submitted by the user remain their property; StructIdeas is prohibited from reselling them or using them for purposes other than the technical improvement of the Service and user experience.

10 Article 10: Personal Data (GDPR)

Data collected (email, payment data) are processed in accordance with our privacy policy. The user has a right to access and delete their data upon simple request to [email protected].

11 Article 11: Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are subject to Belgian law. In the event of a dispute, only the courts of the judicial district of Charleroi shall have jurisdiction.
